A global cross-asset trading platform servicing over 120 countries, dedicated to empowering individuals and investors with innovative financial tools. The platform offers features such as spot trading, derivatives trading, card-based crypto purchases, and portfolio diversification across assets like crypto, commodities, indices, stocks, and forex, all under a secure asset custodian.

Role Description

As Head of Marketing, you will spearhead strategies to position the organization as a leader in the fintech industry, focusing on customer acquisition, brand visibility, and long-term engagement. This role emphasizes collaboration with senior leadership, product, and sales teams to align marketing with overarching business goals while navigating a competitive and regulated market landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a marketing strategy for fintech services such as lending, payments, and investments.
  2. Build a distinctive and recognizable brand reflecting the company's core values.
  3. Oversee external communications to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  4. Drive customer acquisition and retention using data-driven campaigns and insights.
  5. Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to personalize customer experiences.
  6. Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  7. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using analytics tools.
  8. Conduct market research to guide product positioning and marketing strategies.
  9. Partner with product teams for go-to-market plans for new launches.
  10. Align marketing initiatives with sales efforts and provide necessary collateral.
  11. Ensure compliance with industry regulations in all marketing activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Over 8 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role in fintech.
  3. Expertise in marketing traditional financial services and fintech platforms.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  5. Strong analytical, strategic planning, and team management skills.
  6. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance practices.
  7. Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve high ROI.
