My client are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for two premium brandsa regional luxury homeware brand and an internationally expanding fashion brand. This is a fast-paced and highly strategic role that requires a leader who can seamlessly balance big-picture growth strategies with day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Growth & Strategy Oversee marketing efforts for two brands, balancing regional homeware expansion with global fashion growth.

International Expansion Support the fashion brand's continued entry into top-tier global retailers (Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, Zalando, Ounass) and physical store expansion.

Rebrand & Relaunch Lead the transformation of the homeware brand, focusing on brand positioning, presence, and B2B targeting.

360 Marketing Execution Manage influencer collaborations, experiential activations, digital campaigns, and TV commercials.

Budget & Resource Management Work within an 8-10M SAR annual marketing budget, ensuring maximum impact with smart, high-ROI strategies.

Leadership & Agency Management Oversee a small but high-performing marketing team and external agencies, ensuring efficiency and creativity.

High-Stakes Stakeholder Management Work closely with an ambitious, hands-on business owner, navigating the complexities of a privately owned company in a fast-moving market.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading marketing for a fashion, beauty, or luxury lifestyle brand.
  • Strong background in multi-market marketing, including influencer engagement, activations, and retail marketing.
  • Hands-on leadership stylewilling to roll up your sleeves while shaping long-term strategy.
  • Experience working in a privately owned business, with the ability to bring structure and process to a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment
  • Understanding of Saudi/Dubai markets and cultural dynamics.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work closely with a visionary owner.
