As we expand, we are seeking driven individuals to help us meet exciting new challenges. Your role at TradeQuo: We are seeking a Global Head of Marketing to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across global markets.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that supports business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Lead and mentor the global marketing team.
  • Spearhead digital marketing strategies, including SEO / SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Optimize digital campaigns to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the impact of marketing activities.
  • Leverage data analytics to track marketing performance, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Define and refine the brand’s global messaging, ensuring consistency across all markets and channels.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure localized marketing strategies are effective.
  • Work with product and sales teams on go-to-market strategies and market research.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in FX or Financial Service Industry.
  • Experience managing international teams and scaling marketing efforts across multiple regions.
  • Strong expertise in SEO / SEM, digital advertising, and data-driven marketing.
  • Experience optimizing user funnels and conversion rates.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, ad-serving tools (DART, Atlas), and A / B testing.
  • Background in fintech, iGaming, or high-growth industries is a plus.
