We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Leader to oversee and drive all aspects of our resort's always-on marketing efforts. The successful candidate will lead a marketing team, working closely with various business units to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive measurable results and maximize return on investment. This role is integral in driving growth, optimizing consumer acquisition and retention, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration while fostering a positive and creative team environment. You will oversee both online and offline marketing initiatives, manage marketing analytics, and ensure all campaigns align with business goals and performance targets. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and execute cutting-edge marketing programs that deliver business impact and elevate our brand in the highly competitive hospitality and theme park industry.

What You Will Be Doing :

  1. Reporting to the Director – Marketing and Sales, the role is pivotal in leading marketing efforts on all aspects of the resort’s always-on marketing activity with a focus on driving measurable results and return on investment.
  2. Leading a team of marketing professionals and working closely with other business units to develop and execute strategies that optimize the performance of marketing activities.
  3. Working with agencies on creative development and media to implement and manage brand, events and tactical marketing campaigns through both online and offline channels based on the marketing calendar, to meet park visitation and hotel room booking sales targets, revenue per customer, and overall business goals.
  4. Analyzing visitation and revenue numbers to propose and implement tactical promotions and activities in coordination with wider teams.
  5. Leading efforts in utilizing data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness of all marketing channels, including paid search, social, email and programmatic media. Optimize marketing results through insights and inputs to deliver creative, media, Martech, analytics, and reporting functions.
  6. Building marketing strategies and driving awareness through brand partnerships, cross-sell opportunities, and remarketing initiatives to deliver incremental sales and enable consumer loyalty.
  7. Researching and analyzing consumer segmentation and competitive analysis to generate insights for new opportunities and gaining a competitive edge.
  8. Managing forecasting and utilization of the assigned marketing budgets across channels in collaboration with Director - Marketing and Sales.
  9. Working closely with the resort’s events & entertainment team to design event execution plans that deliver top-notch customer experience.
  10. Conducting periodic brand standards audits to ensure the resort is maintained as per guidelines in coordination with maintenance teams.
  11. Playing a key role in leading the team and creating a high-commitment environment and positive culture, driving innovation, creativity, and leading to business growth.
  12. Coordinating cross-functional input, deliverables, timelines, and communicating well-documented progress and stumbling blocks to the department head.

What You Should Have

  1. Strong communication skills to ensure clear and concise communication with stakeholders.
  2. Demonstrated understanding and appreciation of research and analysis and being highly analytical and data-driven.
  3. Proficiency in creating visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations with advanced knowledge of MS Office suites.
  4. Consumer-orientation, eye for detail, and possess strong organizational skills.
  5. Ability to build strong partnerships with business partners and manage key stakeholders across the organization.
  6. Experience in managing a team and creating a positive and high-commitment work environment.
  7. Skills in designing and implementing effective marketing strategies and solutions to address marketing challenges and bottlenecks.

What We Are Looking For

  1. Degree in a business-related field such as Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  2. 12+ years of experience in driving consumer acquisition across marketing channels.
  3. Experience with a leading brand, particularly in hospitality, entertainment or theme parks industry is an advantage.
  4. Experience in driving business growth with innovative demand generation and performance marketing campaigns.
  5. Experience working with digital tools and Martech tools.
