Head of Marketing & Partnership (Crypto)

Location: Remote

Full-Time Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the marketing and partnerships function for a cutting-edge blockchain project focused on real-world assets (RWAs). By leveraging decentralised derivatives and market-making mechanisms, the platform aims to democratise institutional-level yields and enhance liquidity for illiquid RWAs, including real estate and infrastructure.

The Head of Marketing and Partnerships will take full ownership of marketing strategies targeting the crypto industry while contributing to the overall growth of the project. This entrepreneurial role will first focus on optimising product narratives and building effective synergies between the product and platform token. As the project scales, the emphasis will shift to driving mass adoption and growing total value locked (TVL).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a core member of the founding team, contributing to overall project growth and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop effective alignment structures between the product and the platform token.
  • Build and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy that balances short-term growth initiatives with long-term scalability.
  • Craft compelling narratives for the project’s innovative offerings and lead the creation of marketing materials, including concept papers, light papers, white papers, and pitch decks.
  • Plan and execute long-term marketing infrastructure and campaigns that maximise ROI.
  • Lead strategic relationship-building efforts with Layer 1/2 blockchain partners.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on competitors and industry leaders to inform strategy and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Drive media and content marketing efforts to build a brand that combines the credibility of traditional RWAs with the momentum of the crypto industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, product, customer success, compliance, and operations, to drive a comprehensive growth strategy.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in senior marketing roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing crypto financial products and tokens.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving high growth in crypto product metrics (e.g., trading volume, TVL).
  • Proven experience in building strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders in the crypto industry.
  • Deep understanding of DeFi and blockchain ecosystems.
  • High-level proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing experience in driving AUM growth at traditional financial institutions.
  • Proven track record in driving high growth in token metrics (e.g., market cap).
