As the Head of Marketing, you will be the strategic driver behind the brand, demand generation, and growth efforts of our company. You will report directly to the executive leadership, collaborating with the fractional CGO (Chief Growth Officer) and cross-functional stakeholders to design, optimize, and scale marketing initiatives at Keyper.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Planning & Budgeting
Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy spanning digital (performance marketing, content, SEO, email, social) and offline channels (events, outdoor campaigns, partnerships).
Create data-driven marketing plans that align with company objectives, target growth goals, and optimize ROI across all marketing initiatives.
Own the marketing budget, allocating resources across various channels and initiatives to maximize business impact.
Present budgeting plans and performance reports to executive leadership and stakeholders regularly.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead and expand the marketing team (currently consisting of a part-time designer, part-time content creator, full-time performance marketing manager, external SEO team, and PR agency).
Oversee daily tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality.
Set clear KPIs, provide regular performance feedback, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Collaborate with all teams: Work closely with the product, commercial, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product development.
Brand Development
Elevate brand awareness and positioning as the market-leading PropTech solution for both tenants and property owners.
Uphold brand standards across all channels—both digital and physical—to ensure a consistent and compelling narrative.
Growth & Acquisition
Drive multi-channel customer acquisition, developing the right mix of paid, owned, and earned channels.
Optimize performance marketing campaigns and own key metrics (CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates, etc.).
Oversee existing partnerships, ensuring smooth integrations for customers and exploring new avenues for collaboration.
Identify, negotiate, and manage additional strategic partnerships that drive customer acquisition and brand visibility.
Track and report on campaign performance and overall marketing effectiveness.
Use insights and data to refine strategies, allocate budget effectively, and improve ROI.
Content & Communications
Manage content strategy to engage audiences at every stage of the customer journey, ensuring high-quality and relevant messaging.
Coordinate with the PR agency to strengthen relationships with media outlets, secure coverage, and build thought leadership.
Qualifications:
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role—preferably in a startup.
Proven track record of designing and executing successful, data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Experience building and scaling marketing functions from early stages to maturity.
Demonstrated experience in recruiting, developing, and managing marketing teams.
Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel, etc.).
Ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and communicate results to stakeholders.
Exposure to fintech, real estate, or PropTech is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves and dive into tactical work when necessary.
