Head of Legal Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Legal to join our dynamic fintech partner's leadership team in the UAE. As a key member, you will help navigate the complex legal landscape and drive growth through strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement legal strategies that align with business objectives and mitigate potential risks.
• Manage contracts, including SaaS agreements, service contracts, licensing agreements, and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, privacy laws, and other relevant legislation affecting software operations.
• Oversee intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks and patents, and advise on related issues.
• Manage litigation, arbitration, or dispute resolution efforts, coordinating with outside counsel as necessary.
• Advise board of directors and management on governance issues, best practices, and risk management strategies.
• Provide timely legal advice and support to all departments.
