Head of IT (MEA)

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of IT (MEA) to lead our organization's technology strategy and execution. The Head of IT (MEA) will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of IT initiatives to drive digital transformation, enhance operational efficiency, and support business growth.

This role requires a dynamic leader with deep knowledge of emerging technologies, enterprise architecture, and innovation management. Prior experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), cloud computing, and data analytics, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s IT & Client Project Delivery strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Evaluate and adopt innovative tools and platforms to improve productivity, data-driven decision-making, and process automation.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity, data governance, and IT compliance standards.
• Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization efforts.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing IT team and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Collaborate with business units to identify technology solutions that create competitive advantage.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure value delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years at the senior executive level.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide digital transformation projects, particularly in areas such as RPA, AI/ML, data analytics, and process automation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex IT environments and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in driving innovation and leveraging technology to deliver business outcomes.
• Experience implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as RPA, AI, ML, and cloud platforms to optimize operations and enhance customer experience.
• Exposure to industry-specific ERP systems and CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.
