Overview:

We are a leading regulated FX group seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to joinour team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human resourcespreferably within the financial services or FX industry. This role involves overseeing all HRfunctions ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering a productive andpositive workplace environment. A Russian speaker is preferred due to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and

objectives. Lead and manage the HR team providing guidance and support. Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations. Collaborate with senior management to forecast HR needs and develop

workforce plans. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.

Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely manner. Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and

retention. Performance Management:

Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management issues. Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate programs.

Compensation and Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Oversee the administration of health insurance and other employee benefits.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with regulatory requirements. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

Minimum of 25 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in the financial services or FX industry is highly preferred. Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required; Russian language skills are a significant advantage. Ability to relocate to Dubai if not already based there.
