Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, senior-level position requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and an extensive background in human resources, recruiting, and HR policies. The Head of Human Resources will oversee all HR functions, focusing on improving organizational performance, employee relations, and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a senior role
  2. Proven experience in team leadership (Mandatory skill)
  3. Extensive knowledge in recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  4. Strong analytical skills to assess and improve HR strategies and operations
  5. In-depth understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  6. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  7. Experience in handling employee grievances and resolving conflicts
  8. Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract talent

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Lead the HR team to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals
  2. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
  3. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices
  4. Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment
  5. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to measure effectiveness and improve HR processes
  6. Provide strategic advice and leadership on HR matters to senior management
  7. Ensure the organization's HR practices adhere to legal and regulatory standards
  8. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
