Job description

We are currently working with a leading financial services organisation in the search for a Head of HR. The Head of HR will be responsible for The Middle East and APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the People Strategy in alignment with divisional commercial objectives.
  2. Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior leadership and business units across the region.
  3. Lead the development of a high-performance culture.
  4. Oversee the design and implementation of organisational development programs.
  5. Drive change management initiatives.
  6. Lead the regional HR team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation across the region.
  8. Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  9. Lead initiatives to enhance culture and engagement.
  10. Take ownership of optimising our commercial incentive schemes to boost productivity, ensure high engagement and retention rates, as well as to attract top talent to the organisation.
  11. Oversee the delivery of divisional HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the People Strategy and business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  2. Consulting background is preferred.
  3. Exposure to APAC regions as well as the Middle East is a must.
  4. Proactive, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
