Head - Product - eCommerce

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute annual preventative maintenance schedules to meet production targets and increase plant efficiency.
2. Responsible for all predictive and reactive maintenance functions (electrical & mechanical) to achieve uptime requirements on machines and utilities.
3. Participate in the management team to recommend measures or modifications to enhance plant efficiency.
4. Manage inventory with a focus on capital investment returns and cost avoidance of large inventories.
5. Develop, monitor, and execute the annual maintenance budgets while minimizing expenses within approved limits.
6. Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring team member safety and addressing any violations, while promoting continual improvement and safety awareness.
7. Ensure effective functioning of plant utilities to support operations.
8. Adhere to governmental regulations and meet environmental conditions without deviations from standards set by authorities.
9. Hire, train, and set performance standards for team members in coordination with HR.
10. Evaluate and review maintenance/engineering staff performance and establish development plans beneficial to the department.
11. Manage spare parts to ensure critical spares are effectively handled based on availability vs. cost.
12. Enforce and maintain all AIB, ISO, BRC & OH&S standards related to engineering.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in the BOPP Industry.
