As Head of Global Dealing, you will be at the forefront of ensuring efficient trade execution, portfolio optimization, and investment compliance while supporting financial advisors and paraplanners in delivering best-in-class investment solutions. You will be responsible for managing a team, collaborating with external asset managers, and ensuring smooth execution of investment strategies across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Strategy & Portfolio Management

• Support the firm’s investment operations, portfolio analysis, and fund management processes.

• Analyze fund performance, objectives, and risk profiles to support investment decisions and advisor queries.

• Approve investment reports that deviate from recommended model portfolios or client risk profiles.

• Ensure compliance of investment reports and recommendations with all regulatory jurisdictions.

Trade Execution & Global Dealing Desk Oversight

• Manage and oversee global dealing desk operations to ensure all trades are transmitted to providers in a timely manner, executed efficiently, and confirmed upon settlement.

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions to adhere to regulatory requirements.

• Approve online platform trades and ensure clients are invested in the portfolios they signed up for.

• Work closely with third-party asset managers, fund providers, and custodians to ensure smooth execution of investment transactions.

Adviser & Client Support

• Assist advisors and admin teams with portfolio rebalance queries and portfolio transitions.

• Respond to advisor queries regarding fund allocations and investment workflows.

• Provide investment reports, portfolio summaries, and ad-hoc analysis for internal stakeholders.

• Conduct training sessions for paraplanners and administrative staff to enhance their understanding of investment processes.

Technology & Process Optimisation

• Optimise and support the firm’s tech platform (Plume Advice Suite) to ensure efficient investment execution.

• Maintain and update model portfolios on the technology platform.

• Provide strategic insights to improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

• Utilise advanced Excel and analytical tools to generate reports, insights, and performance tracking.

What we’re looking for:

Investment Expertise: Strong experience in asset management, investment operations, or portfolio analysis with a deep understanding of mutual funds, ETFs, and portfolio construction.

Analytical Thinker: Ability to analyse investment data, evaluate fund performance, and interpret risk metrics to support portfolio decisions.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to break down complex investment concepts and articulate them effectively to advisors, paraplanners, and clients.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with investment platforms, trading systems, and data analysis tools (Excel, Bloomberg, Morningstar, or similar).

Process & Compliance Focused: Keen attention to investment compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows.

Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and build strong relationships with external fund providers and asset managers.

Adaptable & Proactive: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a problem-solving mindset and a strong attention to detail.

What you'll benefit from:

• A basic salary of AED 13,000 - AED 17,000
