• Ability to identify, assess, and manage financial risks within an organization.
• Skilled in conducting risk assessments to pinpoint potential vulnerabilities and internal control gaps.
• Proficient in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Capable of overseeing audit plans and risk management initiatives effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex financial and risk-related information to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ability to collaborate with other departments and foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field along with 10+ years of experience is required.
• Previous experience working with any of the Big4 firms is preferred.
