The Education Programme Specialist is a key member of the implementation team responsible for developing and delivering cutting-edge educational programmes aligned with the latest pedagogical standards and technologies. This role involves creating innovative high-quality content supporting education programmes across various locations and fostering partnerships with government entities and schools to ensure effective programme delivery.
Curriculum Integration: Conducts comprehensive content mapping against the Ministry of Education (MoE) and other relevant K-12 curricula ensuring alignment with current educational standards and practices.
Liaison and Collaboration: Establishes and maintains strong relationships with educational authorities and government entities to facilitate programme adoption and implementation processes.
Programme Delivery: Oversees the implementation of the educational programme (e.g. the Houbara Model) in schools across Abu Dhabi and beyond coordinating with newly trained educators to ensure successful execution.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in education, communication, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in educational programme development and teaching with at least 3 years in the UAE. Demonstrated expertise in integrating modern pedagogical strategies including technology-enhanced learning tools. Previous experience collaborating with government entities and navigating their processes.
Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of emerging trends in education such as blended learning, flipped classrooms, and competency-based education. Proven ability to develop interactive and engaging educational content. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Innovative and adaptable in dynamic educational environments. Collaborative and capable of fostering productive team relationships. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
