Job Description:
The Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a company. They develop financial strategies, set financial goals, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The Head of Finance prepares financial reports and statements, analyzes financial data, and provides recommendations to improve financial performance. They also manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Additionally, the Head of Finance leads and trains the finance team.

Responsibilities:

2. Set financial targets and monitor financial performance.
3. Prepare and present financial reports and statements to senior management.
4. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation.

7. Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources.
8. Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and training.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in finance management or a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
