On behalf of our client, a prestigious British International School in Sharjah, CODA Search is seeking an experienced and qualified Head of English to join their academic leadership team.

Position Overview

Lead and develop the English Department while delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences in line with UK curriculum standards.

Key Requirements:

1. Essential Qualifications (minimum one of the following):
2. PGCE with QTS
3. BA in English with teaching qualification

Experience:

1. Proven track record teaching UK curriculum
2. Strong preference for Key Stage 5 experience
3. Experience teaching GCSE and A-Level English
4. Leadership experience in an educational setting
