Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI).
Technical Skills:
Strong background in electronic manufacturing processes, including HSE (Health and Safety), machinery, assembly line, unit testing, and software development.
Proficient with highly automated systems (CNC machines, conveyor lines, programmable logic controllers).
Understanding of instrumentation and automation systems.
Familiarity with legislation and regulatory documentation related to Occupational safety, Environmental safety, Civil Defence and emergencies (CD and ES), Fire safety, Industrial safety.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in engineering and technical roles, including 1-2 years in management.
At least 5 years in production automation.
Responsibilities:
Participation in the development of technical policy and the choice of technical development direction of the enterprise.
Participation in determining the main parameters of production-technological and innovative activities to minimize production costs, increase the manufacturability of developed devices, increase the quality of products, and reduce their cost.
Ensuring efficient use of production capacities.
Control over compliance with design, engineering, and technological discipline.
Coordination of plans and works on the introduction, maintenance, and servicing of production equipment.
Participation in the organization and planning of new sections, new high-performance technological processes, calculations of production capacities and equipment loading, raising the technical level of production, as well as drafting and reviewing technical specifications and requirements for raw materials and components.
General control over the condition of production equipment.
Making operational decisions to solve problems, emergency and emergency situations requiring participation.
Identifying opportunities and implementing measures aimed at minimizing the consumption of enterprise resources, optimizing and automating processes, applying the principles and approaches of lean manufacturing.
Determining the necessary financial resources, planning the department's budget.
Defining and controlling key performance indicators and objectives based on them, tracking feedback on the department's activities.
