Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Early Years/Teacher to lead our early childhood education program. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator to shape the foundation of young learners' education while also leading a team of early years teachers. If you are a visionary leader with a deep understanding of early childhood education, we want to hear from you! UAE experience is preferable.
Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.
2. Provide leadership and mentorship to Early Years teachers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring teaching environment.
3. Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and development.
4. Ensure that the EYFS framework is followed, incorporating best practices in early childhood education.
5. Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring tailored support for individual learning needs.
6. Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on student progress and development.
7. Stay informed about the latest developments in early childhood education and implement new methodologies where appropriate.
8. Collaborate with school leadership to align Early Years education with the overall school vision and goals.

1. Minimum of 3 years teaching experience within the UK National Curriculum.
2. At least 5 years experience as Head of Early Years.
3. Employment stability is required.
4. Native English speaker.
