JOB PURPOSE:
Key role is to manage, optimize, and transform the credit card onboarding acquisition and card payments solutions across FAB & Dubai First credit cards.
With a focus to ensure our end-to-end cards onboarding journey is market-leading, working with key business partners to drive top-of-the-funnel marketing, digital journey optimization, and balanced credit conversion.
Also to deliver a strong return on investment and sustainable growth in new cards acquisitions with the right quality and product mix across the desired channels to budget.
Lastly, with a focus to keep customers digitally onboarded, working with the schemes to leverage market-leading payment features or products to bring a true in-app digital CX to life.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification:
University or Graduate degree in Business (MBA an advantage).
Minimum Experience:
Domain knowledge in multiple geographies is an advantage.
Overall experience of at least 15 years with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Cards Product.
Strong Marketing skills and a thorough knowledge of Banking Products/Services/Payments/Digital.
Extensive knowledge of Financial Services industry Central Banks rules, regulations, and procedures.
Knowledge of Agile process and principles, Design Thinking, Digital Transformation & Sustainable Finance.
Analytical ability and strategic thinking.
Strong communications, leadership/negotiations, and interpersonal skills.
Management of external partners.
Ability to work under pressure & multitask.
