5. Mentorship and Management: You help your team to grow in their careers, improve their skills, and deliver their best work. You have experience making effective decisions and managing design project work. You are great at giving and receiving feedback.
6. Execution: You develop tools and frameworks to help teams work better together. You have experience shipping products that get meaningful results for customers and businesses.
7. Appreciation of Quality: The details and nuances of your work are important to you. You are enthusiastic about your favorite products and can articulate why they're incredible. You are excited to build great products and a premium brand.
