Job Description

Successful candidates will need to:

• A bachelor's degree in English with a B.Ed. in the relevant subject aligned with the job role or subject related degree with a PGCE / PGDE or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven qualified experience of teaching Secondary English (minimum 4 years teaching and leadership role experience post qualified).
• GCSE level teaching required, A-Levels preferred.
• The ability to share your outstanding practice.
• Interested in career growth, leadership, sustainability.
• A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom.
• Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents.
