We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the position of Head of Economics at DESS. As a member of our leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our students.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the economics department and develop a vision for economic education.
• Implement effective recruitment and training programs for teaching staff.
• Develop and evaluate curriculum content to ensure high-quality instruction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of experience in teaching economics or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in educational leadership or a related field.
• Possession of relevant qualifications (PGCE or equivalent).

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
