Job description

Minimum 7 years experience in data science, and/or machine learning
Minimum 3 years experience hands-on people management of high performing engineers, scientists, and/or engineering managers
Strong experience in data management, including building and scaling data lake management systems and data pipelines
Strong experience in data curation and ethical sourcing of data, with knowledge of data privacy regulations
Strong experience in product management with a track record of delivering successful products and features in the AI/ML space
Strong experience in building AI architectures and deploying scalable AI models
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
Experience with agile development methodologies and best practices for software development
Experience communicating highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Experience in the marketplace industry or an interest in the marketplace space
