Head of Data Analytics

An exciting opportunity has come up for a head of data and growth analytics. This is a pivotal role within this retailer as they embark on a new phase of growth in the Middle East.
This role will look at business growth, improve decision making, unlock new opportunities for the group.

The role:

1. Lead the data and analytics strategy for business growth across various functions
2. Oversee design and development of data systems and infrastructure
3. Analyse data to look for key growth opportunities, especially at customer retention
4. Leverage data to improve the customer journey, products and marketing of the retail group

The candidate:

1. Previous experience within a data analysis role in an ecommerce or tech environment
2. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python etc
3. Strong knowledge of data and cloud platforms
4. Strong leadership experience, with excellent communication skills
