As the Head of Data & AI/ML Engineering, you will be responsible for spearheading the strategic application of AI/ML and data engineering across the organization. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver cloud-native, data-driven solutions that enable intelligent decision-making and elevate customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a cutting-edge data architecture vision aligned with the company's digital transformation goals.
2. Lead the design and execution of a robust AI/ML engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future growth.
3. Mentor and lead a team of data engineers, AI/ML experts, and automation engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
4. Oversee the creation, deployment, and continuous optimization of scalable data infrastructure, cloud-native solutions, and data pipelines.
5. Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models to solve complex challenges, driving automation and efficiency across various business operations.
6. Ensure alignment between AI/ML initiatives and broader technology strategies, contributing to the company's long-term digital vision.
7. Drive continuous improvement of the operating model to optimize efficiency, scalability, and proximity to customer needs.

What You'll Bring:

1. Advanced academic qualifications in a technical discipline such as data engineering, AI/ML, computer science, or related fields.
2. Extensive experience in technical leadership, managing large-scale AI/ML and data engineering projects, with a proven ability to execute transformative digital initiatives.
3. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred), data platforms (Snowflake preferred), and cloud-native infrastructure.
4. Deep technical knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLM frameworks (e.g., Sagemaker, Textract, Comprehend, Lambda).
5. Experience with Automation/RPA tools (e.g., UI Path, MS Power Platform) and knowledge of modern methodologies such as Agile, DevSecOps, and DataOps/MLOps.
6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, inspire, and lead technical teams to success.
7. Experience in large-scale industrial or technology-driven environments is preferred.
