Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing culinary strategies.
• Leading the culinary team to deliver high-quality products.
• Ensuring efficient food preparation and service.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will need:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a head chef or executive pastry director in an Indian restaurant in the UAE.
• Well-versed in North Indian - Mughlai/Punjabi Cuisine.
