About the Role

The Head of Kitchen Operations is a senior leadership position that requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the kitchen team, focusing on excellence in food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the kitchen team to design and execute menus that meet guest expectations.
  • Kitchen Maintenance and Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor supply chain performance, and control food costs to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Culinary Excellence: Proven track record of delivering exceptional dining experiences in a high-volume environment.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage kitchen staff and collaborate with other departments.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Strong knowledge of menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives.
