We are seeking a Head of Community & Digital to lead our digital and community teams. This role will involve developing and executing digital campaigns that drive audience engagement, enhance participant experiences, and foster innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital campaigns to enhance audience engagement and event impact.
Stay updated on digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation.
Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms and touchpoints.
Build and grow a digital community around key events and initiatives.
Engage with stakeholders, sponsors, and external collaborators to extend reach and foster relationships.
Define and segment audience groups, creating targeted campaigns that resonate with each segment.
Develop audience personas to align digital strategies with their needs, pain points, and interests.
Implement and manage virtual and hybrid event solutions.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content marketing.
Collaborate with PR and media agencies to drive event awareness, engagement, and registrations.
Track, report, and analyze campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Use analytics tools to assess the success of digital initiatives and inform strategy adjustments.
Lead and manage a cross-functional digital team to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Foster a collaborative, innovative work environment to achieve strategic goals.
Integrate new technologies (e.g., CRM, social media, website optimization) to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience and background in digital strategy, community engagement, and marketing.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, social media, email marketing).
Experience in executing virtual and hybrid events.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Familiarity with event management software and analytics tools is a plus.
