Head of Charter Sales

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the charter sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to open new markets and expand the company's reach.
• Drive sales initiatives and develop new business opportunities within the private aviation sector.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients and partners.
• Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Charter Broker with a strong sales background in the aviation industry.
• Demonstrated success in opening new markets and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
