Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, P&L management expertise, and proven experience in business and sales strategy within the fitness industry. This role will drive business expansion, forge strategic partnerships, and optimize revenue streams to position the company as the market leader in fitness solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the GCC.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring profitability and financial efficiency.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including fitness centers, hotels, developers, and government entities.
- Lead sales and business development teams, setting performance targets and driving accountability.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee commercial negotiations, contracts, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing and brand positioning strategies to enhance company visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, and finance) to align business strategies with company goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership, preferably within the fitness industry.
- Proven track record of revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and P&L management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a results-driven approach.
- Deep industry knowledge of fitness equipment, flooring, and fitness landscaping solutions.
