A leading provider in Facilities Management and Security committed to offering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality solutions to our clients. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development to lead our business growth strategy.

Role Overview:

This role requires a visionary leader who can identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and grow the business while ensuring alignment with our company’s overall goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and new business opportunities.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnerships.
  • Partnerships and Alliances: Build and manage strong relationships with potential and existing partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and driving business to meet targets.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead the business development team, ensuring continuous improvement in skills and performance.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations for key deals and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on business development KPIs, preparing regular updates for executive leadership.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, enhancing its presence and reputation in the market.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and securing new business. Out of which 5 years working experience in UAE.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams across different functions.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and execute efficiently to achieve business objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in Facilities Management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills – Desirable: Hands-on experience working with ERP & CRM packages such as JD Edwards, AX, or SAP.
