Hays are currently partnered with a leading corporate services business who help new startups to setup in the UAE & Assist with things such as company formation, payroll, visa, accounting etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor progress and ensure team goals are met.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary contact for high-value clients.
Business Setup Expertise:
- Guide clients through the business setup process and address their needs.
- Stay updated on laws, regulations, and market trends.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track sales performance metrics.
- Analyze trends and provide reports to senior management.
Collaboration:
- Work with other departments (marketing, operations) to align strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales leadership and business setup services.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and CRM tools.
