About the Role:
As the Head of Assessment, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive assessment strategy that ensures high standards of student achievement. You will work closely with senior leadership, faculty, and the data team to establish evidence-based practices that drive improvement in student attainment. Additionally, you will lead professional development initiatives, equipping educators with the necessary skills to analyze and utilize assessment data effectively.

• Develop and execute an assessment strategy aligned with school objectives and curriculum standards.
• Drive measurable improvements in student attainment, ensuring accountability at all levels.
• Provide leadership and training to teachers on data-driven instruction and assessment best practices.

• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in assessment processes.
