Head of Analytics & Automation - eCommerce

Job Description:

1. Build product level analytics for tracking conversion funnel, platform performance & identify actionable insights
2. Build customer transaction level analytics for tracking key leading KPIs & generate actionable insights by combining with qualitative inputs from the partners
3. Deliver standardized suite of metrics, reports, and dashboards on a consistent cadence
4. Monitor market trends and competition and work with product marketing and product management to respond in an appropriate and timely manner
5. Solve business problems via product development & marketing and aid the decision-making process by using predictive modelling on internal and external data
6. Work closely with the business/product teams to enable data driven decision making
7. Lead and test marketing-tech integration developments and pilot processes to support expansion to new platforms & optimize older integrations
8. Present proposals and results in a clear manner backed by data and coupled with actionable conclusions
9. Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive day-to-day processes
10. Generating accurate and meaningful analysis and actionable insights
11. Own and deliver in-depth analysis of the overall Marketing campaigns
12. Identify loopholes in the analytical processes and propose ways to bridge them

Job Requirement

1. 6+ years of marketing analytics experience in a highly data-driven, analytical environment highly preferred.
2. Experience using marketing stacks to drive and measure performance. Preferred experience with Power BI, Adobe Marketo, and Salesforce.
3. Highly skilled at translating complex quantitative data to diverse audiences.
4. Highly fluent in the use of different media in the development of marketing strategy.
5. Outstanding communication and collaborative skills as well as team development and leadership abilities
