As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce and driving our company forward across the Middle East.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing, to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry referrals, to identify top talent in local and international markets.
  • Collaborate with FMT to understand the Company’s recruitment vision and understand the characteristics of successful SJP Partners.
  • Work closely with FMT, hiring managers and the SJP Partnership to understand team needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Company, acting in a manner that promotes and preserves our culture and the SJP brand.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or related roles, preferably within the financial services sector and/or region.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment practices across the Middle East.
  • Sound knowledge of sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
