Head of Account Management

Location: Dubai / hybrid

You Will

• Manage a team of high-performing individuals with regular mentoring and feedback;
• Standardize local AM processes and implement global best practices;
• Hold responsibility for profit center goals in the account management area;
• Ensure client satisfaction and high retention for top market clients by building C-level relationships;
• Support the team in regular performance reporting to clients;
• Conduct internal reporting on individual and market performance to the regional director and HQ;
• Coordinate expertise building within the AM team;

Desired Experience

• About 5+ years of previous experience in a similar role and industry;
• Fluent English (C1 level);
• 8+ years of experience in the digital marketing industry (preferably within retargeting) in client-facing roles;
• Experience working with large budgets and key customers;
• Experience in building relationships with C-level stakeholders;
• Experience in recruitment and building account management structures;
• Knowledge of the online advertising market in MENA;
• Good understanding of the current AdTech industry;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel/Google spreadsheets; Google Analytics knowledge is a must;
• Quality-first attitude, high level of communication and presentation skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills, proven experience with data analysis;
• Positive, proactive approach;
• Openness to business travel;
