Responsibilities

  • Ensure high quality guest service in bar areas (Hendricks, Sea Fu and with a focus on Mercury Lounge).
  • Actively interact with guests, take orders, provide recommendations, and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Create and develop unique and innovative signature cocktails, experimenting with different ingredients, flavors, and techniques to create a standout menu.
  • Train and supervise the bar team, conducting sessions to enhance their skills and ensuring consistency in drink preparation and high-quality standards.
  • Design and update the cocktail menu regularly, curating a diverse selection of drinks that cater to various tastes and preferences while considering seasonal variations.
  • Analyze the profitability of different drinks, tracking popularity and profitability, making adjustments as necessary, and providing reports to management.
  • Engage in guest interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner, creating personalized experiences, establishing a network of regular guests, and maintaining accurate records.

What You Bring

  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management.
  • 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in 5-star luxury hotels in a similar role.
  • Well-developed interest in food and wines, with professional training in food and wine knowledge.
  • Possess management skills and upward mobility.
  • Business acumen, well-developed guest PR skills, and personal flair.
  • Computer literate and fully conversant with food & beverage computer systems.
