We are hiring for a leading retail brand in U.A.E.

Position - L&D Head (Product and Process Training - Retail Staff)

Location - Dubai (Person would be travelling to Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia when required)

Experience - 10-15 Years

Role & Responsibilities:

• Travel once every 6 months
• Training delivery at 14 stores in UAE at regular intervals
• Team size: 1 in Dubai (individual), 2 in Saudi Arabia
• 80% product and process training for store managers and salespeople
• 20% behavioral management
• Experience with LMS
• Content creation and delivery

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidate with 10-15 years of experience, under the age of 40, with experience in L&D training delivery and content creation for product and process training.
