Head Hostess - Dubai - ACCOR

The role of the Head Hostess is to serve as the first point of contact and impression of the venue, welcoming and accommodating guests with exceptional service standards.

Overseeing the reception and hostess teams, the Head Hostess ensures seamless efficiency in reservations, events, and operational services, driving revenue growth through effective management and team leadership.

In collaboration with media, hotel concierges, conventions, festivals, and event planners, the Head Hostess fosters positive relationships and drives traffic to the venue, increasing customer count and sales.

As an ambassador for the venue within the community, the Head Hostess creates a loyal client base through personalized interactions, feedback, and optimization of the reservation system and client database.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create a positive image of the venue and drive traffic through marketing efforts.
2. Manage reservations, events, and table management systems to maximize revenue.
3. Train and develop team members to ensure consistent high-quality standards.
4. Assign areas of responsibility and evaluate performance of line staff.

Qualifications:

1. Hotel-related experience and administration skills.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in Food & Beverage area.
3. Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
4. 10 free nights at any 25hours hotel per year.
