Head Hostess

We are thrilled to announce the opening of a fine dining Italian restaurant at a prestigious luxury hotel in Dubai and we are looking for a talented Head Hostess to lead our front of house team. If you have exceptional leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and experience in creating outstanding guest experiences, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a world-renowned setting!

Salary: AED 6000
House & Transportation Allowance: AED 3000
Contract Duration: 12-24 months
Joining Ticket: Flight Ticket Every 2 years
Medical Insurance: Provided
Joining Date: Within one month (once documents are ready)
Working Hours: 6 days a week, 9-10 hours per day (including a 1-hour break)

What We’re Looking For:

1. Upper-Intermediate English or above
2. Previous experience as a Head Hostess in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
3. Strong leadership and organizational skills
4. Excellent communication skills and a polished appearance
5. Ability to manage and coordinate the front of house team
6. Passion for delivering top-tier guest service
7. Team-oriented, energetic, and positive attitude
