• Operational Efficiency: Collaborates with the kitchen staff to plan menus, manage inventory, and optimize kitchen operations for efficiency, productivity, and consistency.
• Enhancing Customer Experience: Develops and executes strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by continuously improving the dining experience through personalized service and attention to detail.
