An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Head Chef to lead our upscale Japanese restaurant in Dubai. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Group Executive Head Chef to develop innovative menus and recipes that showcase the best of Japanese cuisine.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Supervise and mentor the kitchen team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure seamless execution of dishes.
Manage inventory, stocktaking, and ordering to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Implement and enforce HACCP guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Develop and maintain accurate recipe documentation and costing.
Effectively execute recipes as directed by the Group Executive Chef.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef in an upscale Japanese restaurant.
Proven leadership and people management skills, with a passion for inspiring and motivating your team.
Creative flair and ability to innovate and adapt to changing trends and demands.
Excellent communication, computer, and culinary technical skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What We Offer:
