About the Role:

• Supervise kitchen stewards to deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting overall operations.
• Train chefs and assistants in pastry aspects.
• Schedule and coordinate chef work to ensure timely food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist head chef in creating menus and daily tasks.
• Supervise daily operations, assigning tasks, and overseeing kitchen staff.
• Accountable for overall success of daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure consistent quality of food across all kitchen areas.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience as head chef in an Indian restaurant in UAE.
• Well-versed in North Indian - Mughlai/Punjabi Cuisine.
