Are you a passionate culinary professional ready to make your mark in Dubai's bustling F&B scene? We are seeking a Head Chef and Sous Chef to join a very busy upscale casual restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and homemade pastries.

About the Role:
Location: Dubai
Cuisine: Upscale casual dining with a focus on quality, creativity, and consistency
Specialty: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and freshly baked homemade pastries

What We're Looking For:
Head Chef: A visionary leader with strong culinary expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage high-volume operations while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Sous Chef: A dynamic and motivated individual with solid experience in supporting kitchen operations, assisting in menu development, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen management.
Experience in High-Volume Restaurants: Prior experience in busy upscale casual or similar concepts in the UAE is essential.
Creativity and Passion: A flair for creating exceptional dishes and a genuine love for food and hospitality.
Team Leadership: Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse kitchen team.
UAE-Based Candidates: Candidates must be available for face-to-face interviews and a kitchen trial.

Compensation & Benefits:
Head Chef: AED 13,000 - AED 20,000 per month (based on outcome trial)
Sous Chef: AED 7,000 - AED 12,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Visa and Medical Insurance: Fully provided
Meals on Duty
Annual Leave: 30 days, plus public holidays
