Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Develop and innovate French and Mediterranean-inspired dishes that meet the café’s high standards.
Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control kitchen costs.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special offerings.
Maintain consistency and quality in all dishes served.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
10 to 15 years of professional experience as a Chef, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in Dubai.
Strong background and expertise in French cuisine.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
