Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and innovate French and Mediterranean-inspired dishes that meet the café’s high standards.
  • Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control kitchen costs.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special offerings.
  • Maintain consistency and quality in all dishes served.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • 10 to 15 years of professional experience as a Chef, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in Dubai.
  • Strong background and expertise in French cuisine.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
