Job Summary:
We are seeking a trustworthy and customer-focused Cashier to manage all transactions accurately and efficiently in our retail outlet. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, process payments, and ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases.
• Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payments accurately.
• Operate cash registers, scanners, and POS systems.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Reconcile daily sales and prepare accurate cash reports.
• Ensure the security of cash and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the retail industry.
• Knowledge of store policies, payment procedures, and POS systems.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
