We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Food & Beverage team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to advance their career in the hospitality industry.

About the Role:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by preparing and serving beverages to the highest standard.
• Conduct weekly training sessions on beverage preparation, cocktail mixing, and up-selling techniques.
• Achieve guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective resource utilization.
• Ensure timely setup of bar areas and completion of mise en place works.
• Develop innovative products and services to delight guests and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare store requisitions and bar requisitions.
• Handle guest complaints professionally or refer them to the Bar Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Hospitality or vocational training in Food & Beverage with at least 2 years of experience in Bar Operations.
• Excellent command of English and essential skills in guest service and interpersonal communication.
• Knowledge of wines, liquor, and cocktails is a plus.
• Prior leadership and supervisory experience is advantageous.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
