We are thrilled to announce the opening of a finedining Italian restaurant at a worldrenowned luxury hotel in Dubai and are looking for a talented Head Bartender to lead our bar team. Position: Head Bartender

Salary: AED 8000 Service Charge
House & Transportation Allowance: AED 3000
Contract Duration: 12-24 months
Flight Ticket: Every 2 years
Medical Insurance Provided
Joining Date: Within one month (once documents are ready)
Working Hours: 6 days a week, 9-10 hours per day (including a 1-hour break)

What We’re Looking For:

1. Upper-Intermediate English or above
2. Previous experience as a Head Bartender in a 5-star hotel or finedining restaurant
3. Strong knowledge of classic & modern cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage pairings
4. Leadership & team management skills
5. Positive mindset, creativity, and passion for hospitality
