3. Bar Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a polished and inviting environment at all times. Oversee the setup, breakdown, and overall operations of the bar, ensuring a seamless flow of service.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to develop and implement seasonal beverage menus that complement the dining offerings. Align drinks with the overall hotel experience to create harmonious and well-paired dining and drinking options.
